This is an anonymous survey to help understand young peoples views (from 12-18)  on the facilities that are provided to support people in Sway and Tiptoe. It is your opportunity to have your voice heard and influence decision makers as they plan for the future. It is also a first step and there is an opportunity to participate further through creative workshops facilitated by SPUD, the creative agency within Sway, to start to develop your ideas into real plans. The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
