The Neurodivergent Art Group with Mel Sims @theadhdhummingbirdcoach and Jane Corner​

Do you like Art? Do you like the way doing something creative makes you feel? Do you know the power of connecting with others like you?

With or without experience, join us for a monthly Art group of Neurodivergents (ADHD, Autism (that now includes Aspergers), Dyslexia, OCD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Tourettes). Likeminded people, with or without a diagnosis, come along to our safe, friendly space.

 

The art class will be facilitated by experience artist, Jane Corner and all materials will be provided and Mel Sims will also be there to create more self awareness about being ND and get us thinking about our brains and nervous systems. A Neurodivergent herself (ADHD + Autism = AuDHD) and a local ICF Certified Neurodiverse & Emotional Coach, based in Lymington.

 

This is a charity event and offered to a limited number of people so it is smaller and less overwhelming.

This group is for people aged 18 or over.
