The selection process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to meet the recruitment panel to explore their experience,
approach to Chair leadership and what they could bring to SPUD’s next chapter.
Final candidates will also have the opportunity to visit spudWORKS and meet members of the
wider team before the Board makes its appointment.
Interviews: In person on Thursday 26th November 2026
Proposed start: January 2027
